William “Bill “ San Hamel 82 of Niles. Veteran of the U.S. Army. At Peace with Christ, Sunday, April 2nd . beloved husband of Bonny nee Kamins. Loving father of William II, Ryne Eugene and Steven Matthew. Beloved son of the late Frank and the late Mary. Dear brother of Jane (the late Bill) Shunney, Kevin (Leah) and the late Quintin. Fond uncle of Stephanie (Michael) Hamman. Great uncle of Jesse. Son in law of Joyce and the late Eugene Kamins. Brother in law and uncle to many. Visitation Wednesday, April 5th from 3:00 to 7:30 P.M. at Cumberland Chapels (FRIEL FUNERAL DIRECTORS) 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge. The Funeral Service will begin Wednesday at 7:30 P.M. The burial will take place on Friday, April 7th at 10:00 A.M. at the Ft. Sheridan National Cemetery. Bill’s memberships include DASPO Combat Photographers association, Co Founder of the Park Ridge Jr. Hawks Baseball Club , Rev. John P. Smyth Standing Tall Charitable Foundation and Pritzker Military Museum & Library .
