Slawomir Lukasik, age 48, passed away on September 15, 2023 with his family by his side. Slawomir was the beloved husband of Maria, nee Gonciarczyk, for 18 years; loving father of Alex Lukasik; dear son of the late Helena and Jan Lukasik; dearest brother of Iwona (Damir) Krstic and Cecylia (Piotr) Cackowski; fond uncle of Adrian and Kaya Krstic and Ava and Christian Cackowski. Visitation Wednesday, September 20, 2023, from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge, IL. Funeral services begin at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, at the funeral home, and will then proceed to St. Constance Church (Mary Undoer of Knots Parish) in Chicago for Mass at 10:30 a.m. The interment will follow at Maryhill Cemetery in Niles.
