Obituary for Salvatore Cinquegrani
Salvatore "Sam" Cinquegrani, age 93, passed away peacefully on December 31, 2022. Sam is the beloved husband of Antonina, nee Mammana Lupo, for 70 wonderful years; loving father of Lorenzo (Wanda), Vincenzo and Rosario (Phong) Cinquegrani, Giuseppina (Keith) Kabat and Frank (Jennifer) Cinquegrani; dear son of the late Giuseppina and Salvatore; cherished nonno of 10 and great grandfather of 6; Sam was preceded in death by 7 siblings and he was a fond uncle of many.
Visitation Wednesday, January 4, 2023, from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge, IL. Funeral services begin at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, at the funeral home, and then proceed to St. Stephen the Protomartyr Church in Des Plaines for Mass at 10:00 a.m. The entombment will follow at All Saints Mausoleum in Des Plaines, IL.
