Roy was a retired Chicago Police Officer for over 30 years and was a United States Navy Veteran. Visitation will take place on Sunday, March 13, 2022 from 2:00 until 7:00 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave. Norridge, Il. Funeral Monday, beginning at the funeral home at 9:00 am and will then proceed to St. Vincent Ferrer Church in River Forest for 10:00 a.m. Mass. Interment will follow at Mt. Carmel Cemetery in Hillside, Il.
