Robert Scruggs, age 72, at rest on August 27, 2023. Loving husband of Sandra (nee Czajkowski). Cherished son of the late Arthur Stark and the late  Rose Stark. Dear brother of Roslyn Stark and the late Steve Paul Scruggs.  Fond uncle of Cari (Joseph) Netzel, the late Frank Czajkowski and great uncle of Joseph and Michelle. Robert was the proud papa of two wonderful dogs Frankie and Bubba. Visitation will take place on Tuesday, September 5, 2023 at Our Lady Mother of the Church  8747 W Lawrence Ave, Chicago, IL 60656 from 9:00 am until time of Funeral Mass at 10:00 am (There will be no visitation at the funeral home). Interment will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery in River Grove.
