Obituary for Robert A. Kondos Jr.
Robert Anthony Kondos, Jr., age 75, passed away peacefully on December 19, 2023. Bob was the beloved husband of the late Janice, nee Manczko; loving father of Christopher R. (Melody) and Phillip M. (Chelsea) Kondos; dearest son of the late Angeline and Robert Kondos; cherished grandfather of Abrielle and Tyler; dear brother of the late Richard (late Christine) Kondos; fond uncle of many.
Bob was employed at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange for over 30 years, and he was a devout parishioner and a longtime usher at St. Constance Church in Chicago.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Diabetes Association at diabetes.org would be appreciated.
Visitation Friday, December 22, 2023, from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge. Funeral Services begin at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, at the funeral home, and then proceed to St. Constance Church in Chicago for Mass at 10:00 a.m. The interment will follow at Maryhill Catholic Cemetery in Niles.
