Visitation Thursday December 29th from 3:00 to 7:00 P.M. at Cumberland Chapels (FRIEL FUNERAL DIRECTORS) 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge. Funeral Services will be held at the Funeral Home on Friday 11:00 A.M. The burial with Military Honors will take place at the St. Adalbert Cemetery. Richard was a member of VFW Post 3579.
