Nancy A. Chelovich, age 64, passed away unexpectedly at her home on April 12, 2023. Nancy was the loving companion of David Ertl; dearest daughter of the late Lillian and Robert Chelovich; beloved sister of Maryann (Thomas) Griffin, Petra (John) Griffin and the late Robert (Kathleen) Chelovich; adoring Godmother and aunt of Emily Conway and cherished aunt of Kimberly Barnhill, Robert, Michael and Joseph Chelovich, Michael, Molly and the late Timothy Griffin; great aunt of Robert and Destiny Chelovich, Ava Dunn and baby Conway; fond cousin and dear friend to many. Nancy was a distinguished bank auditor for the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency of the U.S. Department of Treasury (retired).

Visitation Tuesday, April 18, 2023, from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. (Pomen Service 6:30 p.m.) at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge, IL. Funeral services begin at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, at the funeral home, and will then proceed to Holy Resurrection Serbian Orthodox Cathedral 5701 N. Redwood Dr., Chicago, IL for a Serbian Orthodox Service at 11:00 a.m. The interment will follow at Irving Park Cemetery. For more information call (708) 456-8300.
