Margaret R. Michalczewski, nee Maggio, age 88, passed away peacefully on March 6, 2021. Margaret was the beloved wife of the late George; loving mother of Joseph and Thomas Michalczewski; dearest daughter of the late Alice and John Maggio; cherished grandmother of Samuel Leckbee; dear sister of Joan (Jeff) Thornley and the late Carl, Jack and Larry Maggio and the late Rose Domino; fond aunt of many. Visitation Tuesday, March 9, 2021, from 9:30 a.m. until a 12:00 Noon funeral service at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge, IL. The interment will follow at Mt. Carmel Cemetery in Hillside, IL. Due to the current health guidelines, we are limited to 50 attendees at a time. We kindly ask that you quickly exit the funeral home after paying your respects to the family so that all visitors have an opportunity to enter.
