Obituary for Lucille Pisano

Lucille Pisano, (nee Nowicki) age 91, passed away peacefully. Beloved wife for 36 years to the late Anthony Pisano. Devoted mother of Donna (Frank) Williams, Michael (Barb) Pisano and Angela (Sam) Pisano. Cherished and Proud grandmother of Alex (Carolyn) Pisano, Carly (Jon) Pisano, Hannah Hayat, Sarah ("Sam") Hayat, Sonny Hayat, Reena Hayat, Reema Hayat and Aleena Hayat. Great Grandmother of Aliyah Hayat, Maya Freeman and Melody Gould. Beloved daughter of the late Edward and the late Julia Nowicki. Fond Sister-in-law of Rose Marie (the late Joseph) Petito and the late Nick (the late Pat) Pisano. Cherished aunt of Nick, Roselind, Joseph and Emilio. Fond cousin and friend to many. Lucille is remembered for her sweet and loving disposition, generous nature and warm laugh. She loved her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren passionately and unconditionally. Lucille was a fabulous cook showing up to family events with a trunk filled with meticulously crafted entrees and deserts. Above all, Lucille was devoted to caring for others. She served proudly as a nurse, helping establish the first nursery at Resurrection Hospital. She adored her family and was always there to celebrate the achievements of her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, prayers or mass cards would be appreciated. Visitation for Lucille will take place on Monday, August 14, 2023 from 3:00 until 8:00 pm with services at 7:00 pm at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave. Norridge, Il. Interment at Queen of Heaven Cemetery will be private.
