Helene A. Macior, nee Sokolick, age 91, passed away peacefully on April 19, 2021. Helene was the beloved wife of the late Anthony E.; loving mother of Judy L.; dearest daughter of the late Helen and William Sokolick; dearest sister of the late William "Buddy" (the late Sylvia "Sandy") Sokolick; fond aunt of many nieces and nephews; loving master of her kitty Ballou. Visitation Thursday, April 22, 2021, from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge, IL. Funeral services begin at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, at the funeral home, and will then proceed to St. Rosalie Church in Harwood Heights for a funeral mass at 10:00 a.m. The interment will follow at St. Adalbert Cemetery in Niles, IL. Due to the current health guidelines, visitations at Cumberland Chapels are limited to 50 attendees at a time. Please wear masks and practice proper social distancing.
