George J. Pecucci, age 88, U.S. Army Veteran, passed away peacefully on February 6, 2023. George was the beloved son of the late Rose and Frank; loving brother of the late Theresa (the late Casey) Chudzicki and the late Frank (the late Rita) Pecucci; dearest uncle of Georgette (Frank) Colonna, Michael (Kimberly), Thomas (Lalo Lechuga) and Anthony Pecucci. He was a great and great-great uncle and a friend to many. Visitation Wednesday, February 8, 2023, from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge, IL. Funeral services begin at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, at the funeral home, and will then proceed to St. Francis Borgia Church in Chicago for mass at 10:30 a.m. The interment will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery in River Grove, IL.
