Diana F. Fercarotta age 76, at rest July 29, 2023. Diana was a Veteran of the United States Marine Corp and Commander of the Italian War Veterans Guido Belmonte Post #4. She was a teacher for the Chicago Public Schools for 39 years and worked Evenings and weekends for Chicago City Colleges for 27 years teaching GED and English. Diana was the Loving and devoted caregiver to her late brother Martin Fecarotta. Diana was also the sister of Gary (Jane) Fecarotta and Donna (David) Lombardi. Loving niece of Jennie Abbate. Diana was loved by many nieces and nephews, cousins and friends. She was loved and admired by all who knew her. Visitation for Diana will take place on Saturday, August 5th 2023 from 9:00 am until 11:00 am at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave. Norridge, Il. the funeral will then proceed to St. Francis Borgia Church in Chicago for 11:30 am Mass. Interment will follow at Mt. Carmel Cemetery in Hillside, Il.
