Anna Pellegrino, nee Taccogna, age 82, passed away peacefully on March 6, 2022. Anna was the beloved wife of the late Giuseppe; loving mother of Domenick (Maria) Pellegrino, Tonia (Dominic) Sapienza, Enza and Dino Pellegrino; dear daughter of the late Prudenza and Costantino Taccogna; cherished nonna of Giuseppe (Gina) and Gianluca (Marina Didiana) Pellegrino, Josephine (Larry) Bunyon, Annalisa (Steve) Vitale, Valerie Settipani, Megan O'Connor and Nick and Alyssa Pellegrino; great grandmother of Domenick, Marco, Ava, Ariana, Larry, Lilliana, Gabriela, Joey and the late Giuliana Rose; dear sister of Antonio (Francesca) Taccogna, Graziella (the late Giuseppe) Sidella and the late Michele (Maria) Taccogna; fond aunt of many. Visitation Wednesday, March 9, 2022, from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge, IL. Funeral services begin at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, at the funeral home, and then proceed to St. Francis Borgia Church in Chicago for Mass at 10:00 a.m. The entombment will follow at All Saints Mausoleum in Des Plaines, IL.
